Dear Wildcat Band Parents and Students,

All 7th and 8th grade band students will have the opportunity this December to audition to be recognized as one of the top middle school musicians in the state of Georgia!  Preparation for this audition begins now  : )    I have handed out scale sheets and etudes (sheet music) to all of our 7th and 8th grade students to practice. Students who earn seats in All-District and All-State band don't wait until the last minute to practice the requirements but isolate and break them down over time to perfect them to the best of their ability.  

I have compiled several reference recordings for students to use to help them practice over the next few months.  They may be accessed by clicking HERE.

If students lose any of the music handed out today in class, they can CLICK HERE to print out new ones.  Be sure to click on the links under "Middle School."
